American Youth Work Center (AYWC)

Annotation: The American Youth Work Center supports the work of service providers in settings that serve youth, from adolescent health clinics to youth employment programs. Its newspaper, Youth Today: The Newspaper on Youth Work, is directed to youth policymakers and youth workers. National Child Labor Committee (NCLC)

Annotation: The National Child Labor Committee (NCLC) works to facilitate positive development of youth into successful and productive adulthood through advocacy, research, and assistance. Areas of concern are adolescent parents, alcohol abuse, migrant poverty, migrant education, child exploitation in the workforce, child labor law compliance, youth preparedness for the workforce, promoting developmentally sound work opportunities for young people, and other topics affecting youth development.
