MCH Alert is a free weekly electronic newsletter that
provides timely reference to research, findings, policy developments,
recently released publications, new programs, and initiatives affecting
the maternal and child health (MCH) community.
Delivered every
Friday to your e-mail Inbox, MCH
Alert is distributed to thousands of subscribers
across the country and available to anyone interested in current MCH issues.
Our goal is to make MCH
news and policy more accessible to health professionals, policymakers,
family advocates, community service professionals, MCH/public health faculty
and students, families, and the public.
MCH Alert is also available on this Web
site where you can review past issues, or search MCH Alert Database for
specific topics.

Submit materials to MCH Alert
Readers are welcome
to submit new materials for consideration for the
MCH Alert. Submissions should be new publications
or journal articles that will be published in the next 1-4 weeks.
The MCH Alert does
not include announcements of upcoming events or materials that have
been published prior to the month of the MCH Alert issue
(e.g., articles published in June are not suitable for July issues).
Submit materials to the MCH Alert Editor at mchalert@ncemch.org.
Due
to the concise length of the MCH Alert and the
volume of materials available, not every submission can be selected
for inclusion.
